Inner Strength Alpha Freebie

I had an idea for an Alpha to match my "Inner Strength" kit for the July Color Challenge ~ Palette One over @ DSO.

It is only my 2nd Alpha but I knew I would be inspired to make an alpha eventually... Oh, and I added another paper that I made using a photo I took @ the beach of Seaweed yesterday as a texture overlay.

2nd DSO CC Freebie Kit ~ Inner Strength

I have made a SMALL contribution for the July Color Challenge ~ Palette One over @ DSO. My Mom has a small throw pillow on her sofa with an inspiring quote... so I made a Word Art out of it and hereby dub this kit, "Inner Strength."

This Month's DSO CC Freebie Kit: Options! Part 4

I have uploaded all the embellishments for the Options! kit I made using color palette 2 for the challenge over @ DSO. There are 8 files to download because I really tried to keep the file sizes low to help out in quicker download times.

This Month's DSO CC Freebie Kit: Options! Part 3

Here is the last of the paper backgrounds { Part 3 } from the color challenge ~ palette 2 over @ DSO... FYI, there are more than just the Electric Green papers in the downloads as apparently I mixed my previews and downloads up :( So sorry about that but I am on vacation and a little discombobulated :)

I made a page layout using the Word Art that I made on Monday... and I'm gonna see if I can figure out how to turn it into a QP for you... I have never done that before so if someone would like to point me to any good tutorials I would really appreciate it!

We saw the Ice Age ~ Dawn of the Dinosaurs in 3D yesterday... It was soooo good. Well worth the ridiculous ticket prices ( at least that is what I am telling myself ). Off to make Tuna Casserole for dinner :)

I've had a Beef Pot Roast in the Crock Pot all day and it smells YUMMY! I'm going to make the mashed potatos now.

This Month's DSO CC Freebie Kit: Options! Part 1

I really liked color palette 2 for the challenges over @ DSO this month... sooooo, I started playing around with the colors in PS and it has turned into quite the project! I have 98 papers and have decided to give you them all in installments since it is very time consuming to make previews and upload. After all, the month isn't even half-way over yet and I am on VACATION :)

I have a considerable collection of embellishments as well but haven't wrapped that up yet so they will come later after I am done with all the papers...

Trying to do a little DSO Color Challenge kit...

I say "trying" because it is a holiday weekend and I have a 3, 4, and 5 year old that need my constant supervision so here is a little peeky @ what I have so far and that may be all I get done till next week.

I'll bet you'll never guess which color palette I chose :)
